We will respond to all inquiries within 12-24 hours.
Installation and configuration assistance are done remotely, if necessary. This additional service is free.
Delivery of Subscriptions
After your payment is received, we will send you your login details within a maximum of 24 hours of purchase (usually much faster).
If you do not receive your login details after 24 hours, please feel free to contact us.
IMPORTANT
Our IPTV service can be installed on multiple devices, but only one stream will work at the same time (only one connection is allowed at a time).
Attempting to rebroadcast channels is prohibited. If we detect an attempt to share a channel, your account will be banned without a refund.
The IPTV list is not a definitive list, we can change, add or delete any channel at any time without warning.
